Inheritted from my father I guess, there is a voice in me that wanted to be go forward, to learn, to go to the next level. It seems it is always like that since I was born. It has taken me far beyond my expectation and comprehension. As I watch it unfold, I would like to share the sweetness, bitterness, excitment, disappointment, etc. Maybe to have a shoulder to cry on, maybe not.

Simple Recipe

Chinese Napa Cabbage is the delicious and simple to make.
Cut bunches of leaves to fill one pasta bowl. Heat oil in wok and add salt, once the oil is heated put in the cabbages and stir. Put on the lid and simmer for about 10 mins at low to medium heat. During the simmering, you can add tofu or meat to make it more flavorful!
