It has taken me far beyond my expectation and comprehension. As I watch it unfold, I would like to share the sweetness, bitterness, excitment, disappointment, etc. Maybe to have a shoulder to cry on, maybe not.

Food for thoughts
Literally, one should thinking about what to ingest each meal carefully. Many tried to achieve the balance diet. Really, what is balance? The best way to describe balance is the Yin and Yang symbol. When you draw a straight line anywhere through the circle of Yin and Yang, the black half and the white half is always disproportional. However, the entire circle is a balance proportion of black and white....What we eat should be a balance for our each individual! One who is naturally a fast metabolism would not want to ingest food that feed into the consumption and vice.
You just need to do some investigation and try out to find the best diet plan for you.

Many Changes
It has been so hectic this year, so many things has changed and happened. Now, I can't believe its 2011 in just 3 days. Another fruitful year, besides the wonderful blessings of the 2 kids, I was able to finally meet my destined teacher, Manbo Kalo. I can't believe how busy he is, every time I go, there is a line out of the door, Tibtans far and near flock to him for all kinds of conditions. The little brown packages his patients get are carefully prepared and each one instructed. I wish I could stay much longer to learn everything. Now, more than ever, I wanted to learn Tibetan, to understand and to absorb this culture in its nature tongue........That, will be my New Year Resoluation. I think one would be plenty for now.
